This amazing Eveready flashlight makes the perfect table lamp. I replaced the flashlight bulb with a beautiful 5" diameter Edison style globe filament bulb and wired it up with a black cotton cloth covered cord. It has an in-line on/off switch and an antique reproduction button style plug. This would make a perfect table lamp next to a comfy chair, on your bedside table, or in a decked out home theater and it looks stunning whether its on or off.
